I understand the argument for Monero now since Bitcoins from mixers are "tainted" since most people don't use mixers…but in a few years if all Bitcoin wallets have automatic shuffling/mixing, then shuffled bitcoins won't be tainted anymore since all bitcoins will be mixed before spending.

Also FYI: CoinJoin is already on the roadmap for Trezor.
