Hello, just wanted to ask you if you maybe encountered something similar to what happened to me yestarday?

Ive send some amount of xmr from localmonero to bitfinex but for some reason the transaction have never been registered by Bitfinex and I have no idea why such a thing would happen. The wallet address was correct and the transaction was registered on the blockchain. But still 0 on the bitfinex balance. Any ideas ?
