So, one of the main reasons why eletronic voting is kinda bad is because we can't really trust that a vote was anonymized before it was counted, or that there isn't some damned

I was thinking and: the trusting the code part can be done with any blockchain, since we can read the contract made and therefore can see that no shenanigan ensued.
But what about the anonymity part: could we use a Monero fork and then issue each resident with a wallet that's given 1 point whenever a vote is to be had – would that sufficiently correlate the person but still make the vote anonymous ?
oh, and, ofc: would this make it actually secure?
