I'm only asking this hypothetical question because I'm concerned for monero's future. Currently we have companies with government funding, government agencies, and potentially other groups (trying to get the $625,000 bounty) all trying to find a hole in monero. Wouldnt it be likely that they are going to, at some point, try to make sure there will be flaws in the code? Such as, get someone to create a backdoor of sorts. Either they pay a few software engineers to get into the dev team or pay off a current dev, they would try this, right? Like they arent playing around. They are going to try every opportunity to get info on people who use monero.
Tldr. What mechanism is in place that prevents devs from going to the dark side?
