I have seen several of these transactions that have exactly 600 inputs and 1 output; and it has many whole Bitcoin in them. Just wondering what is going on here.

Is this a LighteningNetwork channel closing or opening, or just a UTXO consolidation or something else?

Could it be a batch transaction from an exchange?
