Advise Paperwallet anxiety

Guys, some weeks ago I created a paperwallet with the GUI wallet. Everything in a Linux live stick, never connected to the internet (while creating the wallet) etc.

But I forgot to check the sha256 checksum after I downloaded the tar.bz2 from getmonero.org

(I saved that on a second partition of the flash drive, then rebooted to a fresh live start without any connections, and then extracted the file)

Was that a huge mistake? Should I create a new wallet and check the file before?

What would you do?
