Bitcoin tax free everywhere now it’s legal tender in two countries?

I was recently listening to the Orange Pill podcast and host Stacey stated that because Bitcoin is legal tender in at least two countries (El Salvador and Central African Republic) according to the UN charter it shouldn’t be taxed in all UN countries.

I looked at the UN charter but couldn’t find evidence of this. Can anyone confirm or deny this statement?
