So I was visiting friends out of the country for Christmas and I was teaching one of them about bitcoin – I walked them through downloading bluewallet, sent them money via lightning etc. and it got me thinking: how could I live off of bitcoin completely if I'm traveling – do I just have to make sure I put enough bitcoin on a hotwallet like my phone? Do I travel with a hardware wallet with my savings on it, and keep the recovery backup in my hometown in case I lose the hardware wallet?

Edit: Also wanted to ask – what do I do in an emergency? Is my only option to ask someone to loan me some btc and then repay when I get home?
