I am new to bitcoin, trying to buy my first coins from Binance.

Initially I made a test deposit of 500 euros via my bank account (SEPA deposit( and all was smooth. Money arrived to Binance in minutes

Second deposit was 5000 euros, from the same bank account, returned back to my account after a couple of days.

All the requirements for my bank account, as stated by Binance before a deposit, are met.

Anyone had a similar issue?

Can you mention an alternative exchange I can buy some coins with no issues?
