I stumbled accross this tx:

Why would someone put sth like this on the blockchain?? It has zero fees, so it can only be from the miner himself. But why occupy almost the entire block space with a ridiculous 4MB witness field and reducing the total tx count to 63 in this block? So almost no fees to harvest? Is it some type of hidden message in the witness field ot sth.?
