I can't seem to import the craigraw keys into the terminal.

As far as I've concerned, I've downloaded all the necessary tools and files, being ; the PGP-tool linked on the guide from Sparrow and the two manifest files.

Whenever I run the command, it comes up with ; No OpenPGP-files found, 0 keys. (Simplified result)

What can I do to import the keys ?
