Hello I recently found a folder on my grandmas old computer. There is a folder inside named RSA and in there there are two folders on is named machine keys and the other is named S-1-5-18. Inside each of these folders there are basic files that have long names with 64 charecters that have 3 dashes and one underline. Wheb you open the files in notepad you either get random nonsense or some words and letters. Anychance that there is crypto linked to these files? If not what are they?
