Does anyone have clear idea about what it needs/takes to build & run a u/cryptocurrency Exchange?

Maybe step by step launching, ex: First simple conversion, then Spot, then Futures, then add more services. Also Web + Mobile apps, etc…

I guess u/Binance has a related program for such business model, read about it, but need hands on opinions & advices.
