I’ve been buying Bitcoin on RH for a while (0.16) but have stopped after learning I couldn’t transfer to the ledger I recently purchased because I live in New York. I’m guessing it’s stuck on RH until they allow me or ever allow me to transfer to my ledger.

Also there aren’t much places I can purchase Bitcoin and transfer to a ledger. I signed up for Coinbase and saw that they had fees for buying and selling.

I don’t plan on selling but would like to transfer and hold on my ledger. What platform that operates in New York has the lowest fees for this type of transaction?
