I have been working on a series of guides that will help you build your own bitcoin hardware wallet / signing device! It is known as a SeedSigner.

SeedSigner is fully open source software that you can run on parts you purchase yourself. This allows anyone in the world to build a cheap hardware wallet without ordering one from overseas. Useful for those living under authoritarian governments or those with a budget. Self custody shouldn't be expensive!
