If anyone has insight to the very early days of Bitcoin, what wallets (I am guessing software) did they use? Electrum came around in 2011 so what was around in 2009? I feel a little lost with all of the different discussions of subpoenas and how the US government can basically take whatever they want, when they want.

I don’t anticipate being subject to having my BTC seized, but it seems like a slippery slope, no?
